How it works

The VDski workshop aims to work on your mentor skills. What does it mean to be a good mentor? We have three main topics, each will take place in one of the sessions. The three other sessions are open to your personal preferences for winter activities by yourself, or follow the recommendations of the locals:

1. VDC mentoring skills
   You know the VDC framework, now you have to be a good mentor! You don't understand something until you can explain it to someone who can use it successfully.

2. VDC deep-dive
   Apply the VDC method to your project and something different. Have a look at the different levels of thinking and learn how other mentors are looking at the VDC elements.

3. VDC storytelling
   Discover the power of storytelling and wrap your personal VDC story in a fairy tale.

Depending on the weather conditions, we will decide in short terms which topic will take place when. 

Agenda

Please find here the structure of this three-day workshop. We have the aim to strengthen your skills as a VDC mentor. Use the beautiful landscape in the middle of the alps to find new strengths in yourself and work on your weaknesses.

The agenda allows us to work on the planned topic and to have the flexibility to reload our souls with winter activities in a completely different environment. Connect yourself with international colleagues and talk about failure and success.
